Same-day: homes 12–7 p.m., businesses 12–5 p.m. Courier: homes by end of day, businesses in business hours. The checkout shows an estimate, not a guaranteed time.

Delivery is free on orders over $100 per delivery location. Any charge under that is shown at checkout before you pay.

Not usually — no signature is required unless specified, and the gift can be left in a safe location or with a concierge, reception desk or mailroom. Gifts with alcohol are the exception: an adult 21 or older must be there, and ID may be asked for.
